Pypeo

Terms of Service

Last updated Aug 14, 2026

The essentials of using Pypeo (https://pypeo.com), operated by KVESTERA UAB. By opening an account or opening the flow on a pipeline, you accept these terms. They apply together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Payment Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Service Level Agreement.

1. Who we are

Pypeo is a service of KVESTERA UAB, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania, company code 308067032, registered office at Laisvės pr. 60, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Pypeo” mean KVESTERA UAB and the platform at pypeo.com, its subdomains and its API.

2. Your account

Register with a working email and keep the contact details and any billing address current. Everything done under your credentials counts as yours — pick a strong password, use two-factor authentication where available, and let us know at [email protected] if you suspect somebody else got in.

3. Age and capacity

Pypeo is for adults acting for themselves or for a business they have authority to bind. If you are under 18, or lack legal capacity where you live, please do not use the Service.

4. What the Service does

You draw a Pipeline — the inlet that starts the flow, the joints where agents and tasks handle the material, and the outlet where the result is delivered — and Pypeo runs the Pipeline on a schedule, on a webhook, or from a REST call. Every step lands on an append-only ledger of Runs, so you can open any past Run and see which model handled which joint, which service was touched, and how many tokens went through.

5. Model providers, connectors and your keys

Pypeo does not resell AI model calls. Bring your own API keys — Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, xAI, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — and Pypeo will orchestrate calls against them through the Service. Keys sit encrypted at rest and are decrypted only inside the Run engine at the moment a joint needs them. The Pipelines you build can also touch service connectors (Slack, Telegram, RSS, webhooks, raw HTTP). The relationship, the cost and the terms of those third parties are between you and them; Pypeo bills you only for platform tokens as described below.

6. Tokens and billing

Pypeo runs on prepaid power tokens. You buy a pack from the Pricing section, tokens land on your balance, and every Run reserves an estimated cost at the inlet, meters the actual cost as it flows through each joint, and returns any unspent reserve to your balance when the Run stops. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, no seat licence and no recurring charge — top up whenever your balance runs low, or do not. Full commercial detail is in the Payment Policy.

7. Your content and Outputs

Anything you type, upload or route through Pypeo is your “Input”. Anything a Pipeline produces from that Input is its “Output”. As between you and us, and to the extent the law lets us grant it, you keep the rights you already hold in the Input, and you own the Output. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, process and back up the Input and the Output solely to run the Service, keep it secure, meet legal duties and prevent abuse. We do not use Input or Output for training. AI systems can return similar Output for different users from similar prompts and cannot guarantee freedom from third-party rights; use Output with judgment.

8. What Pypeo owns

The platform, the pipeline editor, the Run engine, the ledger, the templates, the documentation, the trademarks and the code are ours or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms hands those over. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape the Service at scale.

9. Acceptable Use

Use the Service in line with the Acceptable Use Policy — it forms part of these terms. Serious or repeated breach can lead to warnings, throttling, pausing a Pipeline, or closing the account without refund.

10. Availability, betas and disclaimers

Availability commitments and the remedies for downtime are in the SLA. Features labelled beta, experimental or preview are provided as they are and may change or be withdrawn.

The Service and the Output come “as is”, without warranties, so far as the law permits. Output is not professional advice, and neither generated content nor actions taken by a Pipeline on connected services are guaranteed correct or secure. Where the law lets us cap liability, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, or EUR 100 if that is higher. Nothing that cannot lawfully be excluded is excluded, and consumer statutory rights stand regardless.

11. Suspension and closure

We may pause or close an account where the Service has been misused, where there is a serious security or legal risk, where a regulator or court requires it, or where a payment issue is unresolved. You can close the account any time from settings or by writing to [email protected] — there is nothing recurring to cancel. Unspent tokens sit in the account until spent, refunded under the Refund Policy, or forfeited on closure.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service and the law evolve. Material changes will be signalled in the Service or by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, unless the change is a bug fix or a security response. Carrying on using Pypeo after that means you accept the update.

13. Governing law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies, and the Lithuanian courts have jurisdiction — though as a consumer you keep the protections and the courts of the country you live in. Consumers can bring an unresolved dispute to Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://vvtat.lt), and those elsewhere in the EU can turn to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
